Dear Kulsum, Rosie, Zahra, Zarina, Alexander & Annabella
'Thank You' all for joining Betty & myself at our home on Monday 2nd August 2019. We certainly enjoyed your great company and without a doubt we had much fun with plenty of laughter followed by Alex's jokes/tricks at the dinner table. Betty thanks you for all your lovely gifts.
When Zanzibaris' get together it is always fun and as Zahra has said, we must do this more often.
Kulsum we wish you a good safe trip home to Karachi and look forward to your return.

LAME DUCK HAVING ATTENTION AT KINGSTON HOSPITAL.

Alex & Anna kindly drove me to Kingston hospital where I was fortunately checked out by a great doctor Seyed Mohammad Masoud Haji Seyed who carried out full blood tests and X-ray followed by the intravenous drip done over 3 nights at 11.00 pm., and a further course of anti biotics of Flucloxacillin 500 mg.
Suspected problem as suggested by the doctor last night is that it could be Gout. Will know for certain when the medical report goes to my doctor after my official discharge last night.
(Sorry to bore you with this report but thanks to you all for forcing me to go for medical treatment which proved most important. Lifeline extended a bit further). Alex & Anna thanks for staying withme in hospital till 1.15 am.
