LUCKY DAY TODAY
14TH November 2013
(No Rain) - Pics taken from bedroom window.

A great experience for me watching how the roof is constructed and what a great team working together was exciting. Hope tomorrow Friday will be a good day for the full roof to be completed.

I am proud to say I have the very best of British Team Builders working on our project to be exact
All Made in Britain with no short cuts.

COPY OF PLANS WITH RESPECTIVE LETTERS FROM
EPSOM & EWELL COUNCIL  ADDED BELOW FOR ANYONE INTERESTED.
(Copies are poor quality as they have only been photogaphed instead of scanning).

ON REQUEST, I WILL PROVIDE THE HARD COPIES FOR VIEWING.

PERSONAL ADVICE TO FRIENDS & NEIGHBOURS.

If you plan to carry out any home improvements, it is most important to have good professional approved builders to provide quotations. Builders who are highly recommended.

J S Builders are top flight highly recommended builders and John has carried out big extensions on our road and also built my daughter's extension. Could not get better.

Also have a professional Architect who details out all the work to professional standards and ensures this is done to specification. In our case, we were fortunate my son Winston De Souza who is also a builder recommended Architect Anthony Smith well known and well established.

Ensure your Local Council Surveyors are advised of all work carried out and MUST have their approval. In our case we have Steve Langford from Epsom & Ewell Borough Council.
